DOT drug tests
We provide medical reviews of DOT drug tests in accordance with federal guidelines under 49 CFR Part 40 and applicable agency requirements. Our goal is to ensure every test is reviewed promptly and accurately for timely reporting.
Non-DOT drug tests
We provide medical review of non-DOT test results, including hair, saliva, and urine samples. We also offer review services for steroid drug testing.

Dr. Matthew Noble, MD
I have practiced as a fully-credentialed medical review officer (MRO) since 2018. I hold board certifications in emergency medicine and medical toxicology, a masters degree in public health, a bachelors degree in biochemisty and molecular biology, and work experience in both industry and research realms. My work includes published medical and scientific manuscripts in all of these disciplines and invited lectures for national and international conferences. I am also a practicing emergency physician and toxicologist, with over 15 years of service providing clinical care to patients.
Christina Aery - Medical Review Team Lead
I am the lead member of the medical review team, working closely with Dr. Noble, laboratories, clients, collection sites, and employees. For more than 12 years, I have been dedicated to treating every party with respect while ensuring results are completed, reported accurately, and delivered in a timely manner—all in support of safer communities.
