Services
We proudly provide comprehensive, accurate and timely review of DOT and Non-DOT drug tests, as well as random selection services.
DOT drug tests
We offer medical review of DOT drug tests following the federal guidelines under CFR49 Part 40 and governing agency guidelines. It is our objective to ensure that all tests are reviewed for prompt, accurate reporting in a timely manner.
Non-DOT drug tests
We offer medical review of Non-DOT test results including hair, saliva and urine samples. We also provide steroid drug testing review.
Random Selection
We offer random selections on a quarterly or monthly bases depending on your business needs. Using a list compiled by your company, we perform random selections and provide the selected candidates for DOT collection compliance.

We are able to accommodate a wide range of clients, from as small as a single company with a few employees, to larger entities such as third party administrators with dozens of companies and thousands of employees. Dr. Matthew Noble, MD
I have practiced as a fully-credentialed medical review officer (MRO) since 2018. I hold board certifications in emergency medicine and medical toxicology, a masters degree in public health, a bachelors degree in biochemisty and molecular biology, and work experience in both industry and research realms. My work includes published medical and scientific manuscripts in all of these disciplines and invited lectures for national and international conferences. I am also a practicing emergency physician and toxicologist, with over 15 years of service providing clinical care to patients.
Christina Aery - Medical Review Team Lead
I am the lead medical review team member working directly with Dr. Noble, the laboratories, our clients, collection sites and employees. I have served in this role for over 11 years and it is my goal to treat each party with respect, to complete and report results in a timely manner, and with accuracy to ensure that safety in our communities is protected.
